Reservations

A deposit of 35% is required at a time of booking and balance paid at least 30 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation
Any money paid will be refunded less the cancellation fees levied by hotels or food expenses.

Rates
All expenses are included in respect of vehicles and drivers as per intinerary, meals on Safari and entrance fees to National parks and Game reserves.

Transportation
Vehicles will be provided according to the route and number of clients. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub contractors. English speaking drivers are provided.

 Accommodation
Based on two people sharing a twin room/tent. Rooms with private bath are provided. Single rooms are available at an extra cost without guarantee. Hotel and lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels and lodges.

Alteration to tours
The right to alter arrangement or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour is reserved by the company, also to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.

Liability
The company and its agents acts only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotels/lodges.Accommodation,Tours,Transport etc.And shall not be liable for injury,delay,loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country in which the tours takes place and on no other country govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle. All claims are subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises.

Climbing equipment
Gear for mountain climbing is not included in the tour price but can be hired at Naro Moru for Mt Kenya.
